What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Area Leaders of Marketing
• set regional marketing goals with the Regional Business Unit team
• develop and execute annual regional marketing plans and reevaluate quarterly

• support market activities and restaurant openings
• enforce brand standards
• develop regional reporting
• coordinate campaign and program rollouts.
