The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility required as jobs may change. The project manager coordinates project plans, schedules, resources, costs, risks, and customer relationships for multifamily electrical work. The role works with field teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers to meet project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with layouts, manpower loading, and look-ahead schedules
• develop trade-specific layout drawings and support BIM coordination
• attend weekly job-site meetings
• manage project estimates and schedules
• review submittals and manage RFIs
• estimate scope changes and prepare monthly billings
• review job costs and report progress
• coordinate with operations, field management, contractors, and suppliers
• monitor schedule, budget, quality, safety, and code compliance
• review plans and contract documents
• oversee subcontract performance
• coordinate project closeout, punch lists, and record drawings
• coach and mentor employees.
