Memory Care Director

The Memory Care Director works onsite in Bloomington, IL. Compensation is $70,000 per year. Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operate assisted living and memory care communities serving older adults. Reporting to the Executive Director, the director coordinates staffing and interdisciplinary functions, supports resident care planning, and monitors care practices and regulatory compliance. The role helps ensure residents receive safe, effective care while their dignity, choices, privacy, and respect are maintained.

What you'll do

• Ensure adequate staffing and assist with scheduling
• stay informed about resident incidents
• participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and resident/family conferences
• manage staff concerns and hiring and orientation
• manage and evaluate memory care functions
• ensure infection-control practices
• monitor regulatory compliance related to resident care
• prepare reports
• communicate with care staff about task completion and documentation.

Why this role
