What you'll do

• Market, negotiate, and sell contracted properties
• manage 2–4 property dispositions per week
• cultivate investor and buyer relationships
• track KPIs, offers, negotiations, and pipeline updates in CRM
• support the Director of Dispositions
• host property walkthroughs
• respond to buyer inquiries the same day
• coordinate handoffs with acquisitions and transaction coordinators
• introduce financing solutions through Bancor Lending.
