What you'll do

• Review resident care plans for appropriate goals and revisions.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences.
• Monitor and guide the completion of PPS and OBRA assessments.
• Ensure accuracy of clinical assessments and documentation.
• Manage the utilization review process.
• Oversee MARs, treatment flow sheets, and physician orders.
• Coordinate with other departments for consistent care.
• Participate in facility surveys.
• Act in a supporting role to the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
