What you'll do

• Process payroll, reviewing hours, wages, deductions, and adjustments
• maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
• support onboarding and employment paperwork
• assist with benefits administration and employee status changes
• track attendance and PTO
• respond to employee questions
• help maintain compliance
• coordinate with facility leadership on payroll discrepancies
• prepare payroll reports and assist with HR projects
• protect confidential information.
