The Residential Kitchen and Bath Lead Carpenter role is onsite in Lorton, VA, serving Foster Remodeling Solutions’ Northern Virginia service area. The lead carpenter oversees kitchen and bathroom remodeling work from project planning through final inspections, combining hands-on carpentry with coordination of subcontractors, materials, and crews. The role supports timely, budget-conscious project delivery and clear communication with clients.

What you'll do

• Supervise residential remodels from foundation work through final inspections
• manage kitchen and bathroom projects, inspections, subcontractors, and support staff
• install materials to contract specifications and plans
• read and interpret blueprints
• perform demolition, framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, tile, and accessory work
• coordinate material orders
• follow construction standards and local codes
• maintain a clean and safe job site
• lead and mentor crews and apprentice carpenters.
