Residential Flooring Estimator

What you'll do

• Review project documents, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• prepare material takeoffs, estimates, pricing, and proposals using RFMS Core and Measure
• manage bid schedules and deadlines
• coordinate pricing and lead times with vendors, manufacturers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• prepare pricing summaries and submittals
• review proposals and specifications
• analyze pricing trends and support project startup.
