The National Accounts Relationship Manager role is onsite in Cold Spring, MN, with compensation of $131,890–$162,870 per year and a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Coldspring’s account team works to retain, grow, and improve the profitability of strategic customer relationships. The manager develops account plans, builds customer relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and coordinates internal teams to meet customer commitments. The role also supports selected prospective national accounts and sales, profitability, customer-experience, and strategic-growth objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• set and monitor sales, profitability, retention, and growth goals
• forecast sales and track opportunities and risks
• serve as primary contact for assigned accounts
• coordinate customer commitments across internal teams
• pursue account growth and selected prospective accounts
• analyze performance and market activity
• support pricing and contract discussions
• lead customer business reviews
• coordinate customer training.
