Core Crew Front Desk and Sales — Navy Yard

The team member welcomes clients, handles account and class transactions, responds to questions, and supports studio operations. The role helps create a positive client experience while supporting sales, community engagement, and the studio’s daily readiness.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• address requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio updates
• help keep the studio clean
• report complaints and visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists for sales goals
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones.
