Pool Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and coach Deck Supervisors, Instructors, and Deck Teachers
• evaluate staff
• communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
• audit rosters, training logs, checklists, and the Visual Scheduler
• prepare weekly audit reports
• conduct aquatic new-hire training
• support safety presentations and water-safety events
• float in the water at least two shifts weekly
• manage swim team coaches.

Why this role

The posting requires lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Ellis lifeguarding certifications; two or more years as a swim instructor is required. High school diploma or GED and college degree are preferred; CPO certification is optional.
