What you'll do

• Develop sourcing and recruiting plans
• partner with hiring managers on position information and job descriptions
• post roles in iCIMS
• source, screen, and interview candidates
• schedule interviews and extend offers
• maintain candidate records and documentation
• coordinate onboarding with HR, Payroll, and Operations
• monitor recruiting KPIs and early employee retention
• ensure compliance with recruiting policies and laws.
