Clinical Supervisor

The role also provides clinical supervision to provisionally licensed staff or interns, reviews care plans, consults on complex cases, and provides direct clinical services as caseload allows.

What you'll do

• Develop and train clinical staff
• review productivity, documentation, and performance
• coordinate annual training and continuing education records
• supervise assigned staff and provisionally licensed staff or interns
• support case assignments and clinician caseloads
• review assessments and treatment plans
• consult on clinical emergencies and complex cases
• support quality improvement, onboarding, and offboarding
• provide direct clinical services. Work onsite and at least two evenings per week.
