What you'll do

• Develop sales strategies for assigned commercial and industrial markets
• identify opportunities with new and existing customers
• build relationships with customer stakeholders
• conduct sales interviews to determine needs and qualify opportunities
• survey and appraise mechanical and building automation systems
• prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations
• manage proposals through close
• maintain an active proposal backlog
• achieve annual sales targets
• provide sales reports.

Why this role
