What you'll do

• Handle complex litigation from inception through resolution
• conduct discovery and develop case strategy
• draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and memoranda
• assist with pretrial preparation, hearings, and depositions
• represent clients in commercial and white-collar matters
• conduct legal research
• collaborate with attorneys and clients
• and manage multiple matters and client relationships.
