• Coordinate painting projects from estimate through completion
• plan schedules and operations with customers and other stakeholders
• manage subcontractor crews, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• monitor schedule, budget, job costing, and quality
• coordinate related trades
• lead and document safety meetings
• maintain project records
• and guide close-out.
