What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• load and unload materials and parts
• perform tool changes, offsets, and authorized program adjustments
• manage department operators and work orders as needed
• interpret blueprints and work instructions
• inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
• monitor machine performance and quality
• troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues
• maintain production records and equipment
• support continuous improvement and workplace safety.
