Lab Manager — Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day and long-term laboratory operations
• establish and monitor KPIs for turnaround time, throughput, data quality, and efficiency
• optimize workflows and resource use
• provide expertise in pharmaceutical analytical chemistry, method development, validation, and testing
• oversee investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
• ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, ISO 17025, and applicable standards
• support audits and quality systems
• lead and develop staff
• manage budgets, instrumentation, inventory, and laboratory systems
• oversee EHS programs
• represent the laboratory in client meetings and site visits
• support business development through technical consultation.
