What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance.
• Schedule vendors for repairs.
• Maintain maintenance schedules.
• Work safely and recognize unsafe situations.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform minor repairs in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Complete work orders.
• Inspect mechanical systems.
• Respond to emergency requests.
