What you'll do

• Lead annual and ongoing go-to-market planning with executive, operations, analytics, and finance partners
• own revenue-organization headcount planning
• design global quota-setting and territory planning
• drive segmentation, team structure, and coverage-model decisions
• own bottom-up pipeline models and targets
• develop geographic strategies and assess market-entry opportunities
• develop partner go-to-market strategy
• prepare executive and board performance materials
• advise on sales compensation design.
