What you'll do

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities on a day-to-day basis with routine personal care needs, social support, and physical assistance in a wide range of daily living activities.
• Ensure that individuals living in the group home receive individualized care, maintain dignity, and enjoy a safe comfortable home environment.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Transport self to worksites, trainings, and meetings.
