The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Lake Grove, NY, with pay of $18–$19 per hour. Working alongside the Local Manager, this role helps lead the seasonal team and support daily photo operations, sales, and guest service. It contributes to memorable Santa visits by helping prepare the operation, coach team members, address guest concerns, and maintain established procedures.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce senior management procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
