Maintenance Staff — University of Houston Parking Facility

What you'll do

• Perform basic facility upkeep, including replacing lighting and maintaining cleanliness
• maintain painted surfaces and garage appearance
• check ticket dispensers, gate arms, and related equipment and assist with repairs as directed
• clear debris from ramps and designated areas
• maintain maintenance-supply inventory and order supplies as needed
• assist guests and escalate concerns
• report accidents, safety concerns, and facility issues
• operate company-issued golf carts and other light-duty vehicles as required
• handle gate-call inquiries and access requests.
