What you'll do

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems across fulfillment centers, retail showrooms, and offices
• manage maintenance plans and vendor servicing for forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• own CMMS and work-order standards
• manage vendors and service-level agreements
• conduct risk assessments and coordinate corrective actions
• develop maintenance budget inputs and track spending
• assess readiness for new sites, expansions, closures, and relocations.
