What you'll do

• Provide care and services to assigned residents
• assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, eating, and mobility
• use safe transfer techniques
• document services
• escort residents and coordinate internal transportation
• observe and report changes in physical, cognitive, or emotional status
• conduct room checks and rounds
• monitor environmental safety
• respond calmly to emergencies and report them to a supervisor.
