The agent monitors for threats, controls access, responds to incidents, and communicates with the client and security team while maintaining confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Provide armed static residential protection at designated client locations. Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
• conduct patrols
• screen visitors
• and manage property access. Respond to alarms, threats, medical emergencies, fires, and other incidents, providing first aid within training. Document incidents and communicate with clients, household staff, security teams, management, and operations personnel. Maintain confidentiality, operate assigned protective and communications equipment, and participate in training and drills.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of military, law enforcement, Secret Service, or equivalent executive protection experience and 2+ years of direct executive protection or residential security team experience. Requires California BSIS Security Guard and Security Exposed Weapons permits, California CCW, current CPR/AED and First Aid/Trauma training, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Schedule is 12-hour shifts, four days on/four days off, rotating three months on days and three months on nights; weekend and holiday availability may be required. Travel may be required.
