The Radiography Technologist I is an onsite role based in Steamboat Springs, CO, supporting the YVMC Urgent Care department. 53 - $48.35 per hour, and this position contributes to UCHealth's mission of improving lives through learning, healing, and discovery. This role exists to perform various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. The technologist reviews patient history, prepares equipment, performs imaging procedures, and analyzes results to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes.

What you'll do

• Reviews patient history, physician's orders and does scheduling.
• Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications.
• Monitors patient condition continually.
• Implements safety standards and performs quality control procedures.
• Positions patient and performs imaging procedures.
