Mechatronics Technician

The Mechatronics Technician role is onsite in Boiling Springs, SC. Pay is $28–$40 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports a manufacturing facility producing Tier 1 automotive parts. The role exists to keep production equipment operating safely and reliably. It troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs electro-mechanical equipment, automated work cells, robotics, drives, motors, and production machinery, while supporting preventive maintenance, equipment startups, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Provide electrical and technical support in a continuously operating manufacturing facility
• troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, automated work cells, vision systems, multi-axis robotics, PLC programs, circuits, drives, and motors
• read electrical drawings and schematics
• support extrusion lines, injection molding machines, presses, and other industrial equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• assist with equipment installation and startup
• respond to equipment issues and complete repairs or component replacements
• follow plant safety procedures.
