What you'll do

• Schedule professional and paraprofessional staff in assigned clinical offices using the current electronic medical record system so patients are seen as ordered.
• Generate calendars and service orders, maintain EMR information, coordinate schedule-related calls, support new-staff orientation, share performance-review data when requested, coordinate start-of-care availability and communications, and facilitate communication about insurance and authorization.
• Participate in rotating weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call and backup-call coverage as needed.

Why this role

A high school diploma or GED and previous data-entry experience are required. An associate degree in Human Services or a related field and healthcare or elder-care experience are preferred. Applicants must reside in eastern North Carolina to attend in-person training and orientation.
