What you'll do

• Own and optimize revenue systems including HubSpot and Chargebee
• rationalize the technology stack and build automation across functions
• deploy AI tools
• improve onboarding and new-hire ramp
• analyze funnel performance and build dashboards, forecasts, and predictive analytics
• define data governance
• lead and mentor two direct reports
• partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and executive leadership.
