The Ink Jet Technician role is an onsite position located in Woodsville, NH. This role exists to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of inkjet systems. The technician is responsible for troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and training staff to maintain high production standards.

What you'll do

• Perform preventative maintenance and log all periodic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and perform all repairs on all ink jet heads.
• Log all history of repairs and PM’s, maintain logbook for each machine.
• Provide training for all shifts in ink jet application and print and label application equipment.
• Responsible for the testing and qualifying of materials and supplies.
• Build templates as needed.
• Perform fluid inventory and pass orders on to purchaser.
• Be available by phone for troubleshooting and be available to come in, if a phone call does not work.
• Prepare step-by-step documentation for set-up, use, and troubleshooting of inkjet units and controllers, and update as needed.
• Train a back-up for both 1st and 2nd shifts and keep the back-ups up-to-date on changes.
• Demonstrate good housekeeping attitudes and practices.
• Support the CJK Group Core Values effort throughout the Company.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, while maintaining an overall awareness of safety within the workplace.
• Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned or required including assisting and operating on production line or equipment as necessary.
