What you'll do
- Assess loan-pool eligibility and prepare loan schedules, agreements, and underwriting documents for investors
- serve as a contact for investors and vendors during loan reviews
- manage revolving credit facility activity, borrowing-base calculations, funding requests, and covenant monitoring
- maintain Excel-based models and help automate processes
- analyze and implement funding and sales strategies
