Sales Supervisor — Retail Store

The Sales Supervisor — Retail Store role is onsite in Corte Madera, CA. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. Reporting to the Store Manager, the supervisor helps achieve store goals by leading the sales floor, supporting customer relationships, and coaching associates. The role also contributes to inventory accuracy, store operations, merchandising, and the customer experience.

What you'll do

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• lead by example to build clientele and customer retention. Lead the sales floor and support a technology-led customer experience. Maintain inventory accuracy and controls, track fulfillment and inventory metrics, and contribute to loss prevention. Maintain store procedures and workflow, support merchandising, provide feedback to store leadership, onboard new hires, coach associates, and support training and customer experience programs.
