What you'll do

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy
• complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation
• participate in multidisciplinary treatment meetings and utilization review
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• coordinate discharge planning and community referrals
• liaise with families, guardians, and external agencies
• perform crisis intervention and mandatory reporting as required
• participate in quality improvement
• rotate administrative on-call duties as assigned.
