What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work orders involving appliances, plumbing, HVAC, minor electrical, gates, and pool operations
• respond to after-hours emergency requests
• prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain shop organization and parts inventory
• update service-request records
• interact with residents
• monitor contractor work
• support the Maintenance Manager's budget responsibilities
• maintain amenity areas and perform light cleaning when required.
