What you'll do

• Oversee finance, contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and supply chain at the project site
• ensure accurate accounting and advise the Project Manager
• manage contract modifications, pricing updates, and subcontractor agreements
• support vendor administration and compliance
• improve procedures and workflows
• maintain office records
• report to leadership
• support onboarding and labor relations
• oversee purchasing, order reconciliation, and timekeeping
• supervise daily operations and task completion.
