What you'll do

• Conduct intakes and assessments
• develop treatment plans
• provide individual and group counseling, education, referrals, and documentation. Lead case management requests, coordinate inpatient or referred care, monitor external care, support transition planning, and arrange follow-up or aftercare. Participate in training, supervision, and care management meetings
• maintain client records and annual paperwork.

Why this role

Requires Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional certification, CPR and first aid certification, and a valid Washington State driver's license. Associate's degree in Substance Use Disorder Studies is required. Tribal hiring preference applies.
