What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent & Performance
• configure and maintain business processes, compensation cycles, benefit plans, enrollment events, and performance workflows
• gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
• troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis
• lead user acceptance, regression, and biannual release testing
• maintain documentation and configuration standards
• develop advanced reports, calculated fields, EIBs, matrix and composite reports, and dashboards
• improve HR processes
• maintain data accuracy, compliance, and security across processes and integrations.
