What you'll do

• Answer calls
• schedule and confirm appointments
• handle insurance verification and prior authorizations
• maintain and prepare exam rooms and supplies
• prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatment, examinations, and testing
• take vital signs and weight
• greet and prepare patients
• maintain records and charts
• record test results
• respond to or refer treatment-related calls
• provide medication and treatment instructions to patients and families
• maintain confidentiality.
