What you'll do

• Manage site schedules, staffing ratios, documentation and daily operations

• maintain a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements
• maintain compliance records and inspection readiness
• track resources, attendance and food-program requirements
• supervise, mentor and train the site team
• represent AlphaBEST at school and community events
• build relationships with families, school staff and leadership.
