Strength and Conditioning Coach — Youth & Adult Training

The Strength and Conditioning Coach — Youth & Adult Training role is onsite in Crystal Lake, IL. Pay is $25–$40 per hour. D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility serving adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. The coach leads group workouts and provides individualized guidance to help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance while building confidence and supporting member retention.

What you'll do

• Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
• provide personal training and individualized coaching when needed
• teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics
• modify workouts for athletes’ ability levels
• help improve strength, speed, agility, and performance
• communicate with members
• start and finish sessions on time
• support member retention through coaching, accountability, and service.
