• Assist attorneys with preparation, review, and processing of foreclosure documents
• conduct quality assurance reviews of legal systems and court filings
• prepare and file documents according to court rules, client requirements, and deadlines
• coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and stakeholders
• handle escalated inquiries
• maintain case records and client systems
• monitor deadlines
• support process improvement.
