Before and After School Group Leader

The Before and After School Group Leader role is onsite at Hollister Elementary School in Windsor, CO, with pay of $15.25–$16.25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with an AM shift from 6:30–8:00/8:30 AM and/or a PM shift from 2:00/2:30–6:00 PM. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs that engage students beyond the school day. The Group Leader guides students through daily enrichment activities while prioritizing safety and creating an inclusive, supportive environment. Building relationships with children, families, teammates, and school staff helps students learn and thrive in the program.

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities in world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker activities, and arts
