What you'll do

• Own the technical health, operating model, and multiyear roadmap for payroll and workforce management applications, including Infor WFM and UKG Payroll
• set technology strategy and investment priorities
• establish standards for configuration, integrations, reporting, automation, security, and controls
• lead complex production issue diagnosis and resolution
• lead teams through payroll cycles, releases, cutovers, and go-lives
• manage implementations, budgets, contracts, service levels, and vendor performance
• partner with Payroll Operations, HR IT, Finance, Information Security, Audit, and other stakeholders
• maintain documentation and audit-ready artifacts.
