Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• oversee jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• develop schedules, timelines, and budgets
• control costs, approve change orders, and track profitability
• ensure compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and quality requirements
• serve as primary contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams
• lead meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
• resolve field issues
• coordinate materials, equipment, and labor
• document insurance claims using notes, CRM records, and photos.
