The Dishwasher role is an onsite, full-time position in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $15 per hour. The role supports Nick’s Fish House’s kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and readiness for restaurant service. The Dishwasher cleans and sanitizes dishware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment so the kitchen and service teams have what they need. The role also supports kitchen sanitation, waste disposal, and equipment monitoring while collaborating with colleagues to help deliver a positive guest experience.

What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
• maintain a steady supply of clean dishware and cookware
• keep equipment, cutting boards, and prep stations sanitary
• sort and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste
• monitor chemical levels and equipment and report issues
• sweep, mop, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
