What you'll do

• Identify current and future hiring needs with dealership leaders
• develop recruiting strategies
• source, screen, and help select candidates
• build pipelines for critical roles
• manage hiring with managers and local HR
• improve interviewing and selection practices
• support internal talent development and onboarding
• build relationships with schools and industry organizations
• use recruiting technology and sourcing channels
• monitor talent markets
• track recruiting and retention metrics
• partner on engagement and retention.
