What you'll do

• Evaluate construction deficiencies at multifamily properties and identify improvements for code compliance and minimum property standards
• prepare scopes of work and cost estimates
• inspect sites with clients, sales staff, and adjusters
• prepare repair estimates in Xactimate
• communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters
• coordinate information among adjusters, clients, sales, and operations
• support bid documentation and invoicing.
