Senior IT Support Administrator

The Senior IT Support Administrator role is an onsite position in Santa Clara, CA. The annual base salary range is $115,000–$158,000. SiTime develops precision timing semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions used to help customers improve product performance, size, power use, and reliability. The role provides advanced end-user technical support and systems administration, serving as an escalation point for complex IT issues. It helps maintain secure, dependable computing and identity services through endpoint management, access administration, SaaS and cloud support, troubleshooting, automation, and operational improvements.

What you'll do

• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID and manage user onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding
• provide advanced Windows, macOS, and Linux support
• troubleshoot hardware, mobile devices, conference room systems, and AV equipment
• support endpoint security, EDR, backups, application deployment, and patching
• administer Microsoft 365
• support Entra and AWS cloud services
• troubleshoot networks
• maintain VMware ESXi and vCenter
• develop PowerShell scripts
• investigate security incidents
• document processes and contribute to improvements.
