What you'll do

• Evaluate patients’ need for speech therapy and develop treatment plans
• provide care based on physician care plans, agency policy, and professional standards
• instruct family members, home health aides, and caregivers in speech therapy techniques and home exercise programs. Required qualifications include New York speech-language pathology licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP, and live-course First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications.
